At Metanga, we want to make adopting our application both a strategic move for you, as well as one that minimizes risk for your business. We also know that a billing system is mission critical in driving your cash flow. Therefore, we’ve decided to remove ambiguity in our service commitment and provide you with a transparent document outlining our commitment to you as a customer.
Best Practices Commitment
Our operational procedures are backed by PCI Level 1 and SAS 70 Type II audits guaranteeing that Metanga is operating within the best practices adopted by the world’s most advanced billing providers.
Data Ownership Commitment
Your data belongs to you, not us. We get that. You shouldn’t have data held captive if you ever need to move it to another system. Metanga will provide assistance in exporting data on your behalf for a nominal fee, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that the data that drives your business will continue to do so, no matter what.
Product & Feature Commitment
Our product roadmap should be intimately aligned with your business goals. Additionally, we’ve designed our application to solicit your suggestions on every page with which you interact. That feedback is immediately captured by our Success Champions Team who will reach out and prioritize feedback based on needand impact to the Metanga user community. New features that become available will be announced within the dashboard of the application and on our corporate site MetaBlog.

Uptime & Availability Commitment
Our goal is to provide 24x7 system availability. Based on our confidence in our AT&T operated data center, we offer subscription credit if availability falls below 99.5%. You receive a credit of 20% of your subscription fees for the month in which the outage event occurred for every percentage point that Metanga Availability falls below 99.5%, To receive a credit, you must submit a request to Metanga within 20 days after the month in which the Metanga Availability outage event occurred. Credit is applied against the following monthly subscription fees due.
Application Maintenance Commitment
Our application functionality is always expanding and we deliver a consistent flow of new functionality. To do so, we maintain weekly scheduled maintenance windows, during non-peak periods, for system maintenance. Should we ever need to initiate an extended maintenance period, we will do so during weekend hours and provide at least a 3-day notification period.
